Automatic can seaming machine

This product is suitable for all kinds of tin cans, milk powder cans, plastic cans, paper cans and other round cans. First vacuumize, then fill with nitrogen, and finally seal. It is mainly used for packaging and sealing of milk powder, protein powder, dried meat, seafood, assorted vegetables, sauces, pickles and other products in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Features:

1. The processes of vacuuming, nitrogen filling and sealing are all carried out in the sealed chamber, which can effectively prevent the air from entering the tank for the second time.

2. Cans of different specifications can be sealed by replacing accessories such as the capping die, the can body fixing clip, and the cap lowering device.

3. Joint control of tank cover: when a tank enters, the cover will be given accordingly, and no cover will be given if there is no tank.

4. Shutdown without caps: when the lower capping device does not give caps, it will automatically shut down to prevent the can body from biting the capping die and damaging the parts of the sealing mechanism.

5. Automatic control, using PLC programmable controller control, man-machine interface touch screen operation.

6. All pneumatic components and solenoid valves use the "AirTAC" brand.

7. The high-precision digital pressure sensor is used to detect the vacuum pressure, and the required vacuum pressure can be set arbitrarily.

8. The high-pressure vacuum pump is used to evacuate, which can reach a very low degree of vacuum.

9. Through function switching, different functions can be realized, such as only vacuuming without nitrogen filling, without vacuuming without nitrogen filling, etc. One machine can be used for multiple purposes.

10. The cover and main parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the hygiene requirements of food and medicine.
